ATTENTION ALL CLUB MEMBERS ...

Brag chart indicating all club member's 2011 FCR acheivements will be posted after the new year. Please fill out a separate form for each FCR you own, but feel free to list all awards for one dog on the same form.
Thanks in advance for your submit, and congratulations!
You will get a personal response confirming receipt of your form submit. If you do not receive a response in a day or two, send a separate email. Your submittal might have been filtered, or I did something wrong - it happens sometimes.
If you experience difficulty submitting this form, email me separately:  webmaster@nefcrc.org.  Include all the information requested below. Thank you in advance for your contriburion(s) to our website - TU.
Here are the ground rules ...

°° Include the dog's call name, dog's registered name (don't worry if you don't have one), owner(s) name(s), and accomplishments. Also include your email address. I might need to ask you questions - I don't fully understand every award offered to all dogs. Be mindful of the order of titles on your dog's registered name, and list for me the sanctioning body in case it's not AKC.

°° Not all great dog achievements happen in the AKC world. Therefore we welcome accolades from different sanctioning bodies. Any titles earned in foreign kennel clubs, UKC, 4-H, NADAC, APDT, USDAA, etc, are all welcome. Flyball, frisbee, dock jumping are examples of non-AKC sports where people-dog teams can earn tltles, and we'd love to include them.

°° Some awards aren't really issued by what would be considered a sanctioning body. Therapy dogs and assistance dogs are sometimes issued certificates by communities, schools, hospitals, law enforcement agencies, etc. Why not list your dog's certificates on our website?

°° Consider that some folks do not have computer access. I encourage people to submit brags on behalf of other Club Members, but be mindful of the fact that they could be modest, or prefer to not have their name or dog's name posted on the internet. Please respect that, and ask for permission before sending brags on someone else's behalf. I know of a few people who earned awards in the past but have not contacted me for inclusion on the list.

°° No achievement is too small to be excluded. Few of us have HOF flatcoats, but many of us have dogs who have accomplished noteworthy things. I've received emails in the past opening with, "I don't know if you really want to include this on the list but ...". All noteworthy achievements can be listed as long as they were earned this past year. Examples of this would be AKC Star program, SAR certilfication, etc.

°° No achievement is too great to be excluded. Examples of this would be Group Placements, High in Trial, Best in Show etc.

Here are the restrictions ...
°° Awards have to have been earned during the previous calendar year (that would be 2011).

°° They need to be fully completed - ie: legs towards a title or award won't be listed. There is one exception. A dog who qualifies for the Hall of Fame in one calendar year, and actually gets inducted at the next year's Specialty will receive a listing for each of these accomplishments. For example, a dog qualifying in 2009 would be listed in 2009 as a qualifying dog, but he will also make the 2010 list as HOF inducted.
